Parents, Staff & Alumni Engagement
- D.A.V. Krida Kendram actively fosters a strong community bond by hosting a wide range of sporting events for parents, staff, and alumni. So far, we have successfully conducted team-based events such as Basketball, Football, Table Tennis, and Badminton, along with large-scale flagship events including the Annual Masters Athletic Meet and the Annual Marathon.
D.A.V. Marathon
D.A.V. Krida Kendram proudly hosted the D.A.V. Marathon – Run for Athmanirbhar Defence on 17th August 2025, celebrating fitness, resilience and community spirit. The 5K and 2K runs were flagged off from Olcott Memorial Higher Secondary School, Besant Nagar, with over 760 enthusiastic participants—including students, parents, staff, alumni and their families. Dedicated to the spirit of Aatmanirbhar Bharat, the marathon showcased strength, determination and the collective drive toward a healthier, self-reliant nation.
Masters Athletic meet
D.A.V. Krida Kendram organized Annual Masters Athletic Meet for the Parents, Staff, & Alumni of D.A.V. Group at Nehru Stadium. The event saw enthusiastic participation from around 180 participants showcasing their skills in various track and field events.
